East West Seed is a multinational company that produces horticultural seeds. I worked with East West Seed Indonesia from 2016 to 2023, developing several improvements for EWINDO. These improvements include digitalization through e-commerce, data science-driven decision making, development in the modern retail market, and establishing new business opportunities not only for the company but also for the end-users—the farmers. My last position was Business Development Manager (2016 - 2023).

DJI

DJI is a drone brand originating from China. As the Head of the Agriculture Business Unit at one of DJI's distributors in Indonesia, I developed and established a complete business unit for DJI Agriculture. This led to a sales achievement of 135% by the fourth month of 2024. Currently, I am supporting DJI by advising new distributors on setting up agriculture drone businesses in Indonesia (2023 - 2024).

FOREST scarf SG

FOREST is a scarf brand from Singapore. I am providing advice specifically for their business plan and marketing strategy. The collaboration not only includes planning but also involves ensuring that both below-the-line (BTL) and above-the-line (ATL) activities are executed with the expected results (2024 - present).

Smooth FM Radio

Smooth FM Radio is a newly revitalized station in Tangerang. The development of this radio station began from scratch. I am providing the radio team with a financial projection plan and a strategic business plan for the next ten years (2023-2033).

DRAparfume is a new perfume brand from Jakarta, focusing on the executive target market. I am providing the team with comprehensive consultation, including financial projections, strategic development, and sales and marketing planning, to effectively reach the audience and create impactful conversion activities (2024 - present).

New Marigold Garden is a one-stop agro-edutourism park in Karawang, offering not only an Instagram-worthy setting but also an educational venue that allows visitors to learn more about nature and engage in outdoor activities. At New Marigold Garden, I provide comprehensive financial advice and business planning to enhance sales achievements over the next five years (2024 - Now).
